This is the privacy policy for christmassonghub.com. We wrote it in plain English because legal walls help nobody.
What we collect
Email list. If you sign up for our email list, we collect your email address and your name if you give one. We use it to send you the emails you signed up for — gift guides, seasonal updates, that kind of thing. You can unsubscribe anytime with the link at the bottom of every email, and we’ll stop.
Cookies. Like most websites, we use cookies — small files your browser stores — to keep the site working and to understand how people use it. This includes analytics cookies that show us which pages get read and where readers come from. That data is aggregated; we don’t build profiles of individual visitors.
Analytics. We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that collect standard visit information: pages viewed, time on page, device type, and general location. This helps us figure out which guides are actually useful.
Affiliate link tracking. When you click a product link, the retailer may set its own cookies to track the referral and pay us a commission if you buy. That’s between you and the retailer’s own privacy policy — we don’t control those cookies and we don’t see your order data.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your personal data to anyone. Not email addresses, not anything.
- We don’t share your email with advertisers or third parties for their marketing.
- We don’t collect payment information. If you buy a product, that happens on the retailer’s site, under their privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you
- Correct it if it’s wrong
- Delete it
