Affiliate Disclosure

This page explains how this site makes money. It’s short on purpose.

The basics

Christmas Song Hub participates in affiliate programs, including AliExpress Portals. When you click a product link on this site and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer.

That commission costs you nothing extra. You pay the same price whether you buy through our link or go to the store on your own.

How it works

When you click one of our product links, the retailer may set a cookie in your browser. That cookie tells the retailer “this shopper came from Christmas Song Hub.” If you buy something during that cookie’s window — usually a short period set by the retailer, like a day or a few weeks depending on the program — the retailer pays us a percentage of the sale. That’s it. We never see your payment details or your order information.

What it doesn’t do

  • It doesn’t change prices. Commissions come out of the retailer’s side.
  • It doesn’t change what we recommend. Products are picked by our comparison criteria — real prices with check dates, verified buyer reviews, real specs, and honest cons — before any affiliate relationship enters the picture.
  • It doesn’t buy placement. Recommendations are never for sale. A higher commission never moves a product up a list, and no one can pay us for a spot in a guide.

The line you’ll see

Every affiliate link on this site carries this disclosure so there’s never any guessing:

Affiliate link — I may earn a commission. #affiliate

You’ll find it right by the link, not buried at the bottom of the page.

Why we’re telling you this

Because the FTC requires clear disclosure of affiliate relationships, and because we’d do it anyway. You should know when someone has a financial interest in what they’re showing you. We do — and we’d rather you know it up front than wonder later.
